Edite received her sales person licensed in 1988; she started her real estate career working for Coldwell Banker where she was a consistent multi million dollar producer. In 1995 Edite was recruited by Re/max and continued to be a multi-million dollar producer and winning top honors for commissions earned. Edite has consistently moved herself up the ladder in 1996 Edite received her Brokers license and was ready to open her own independent company Ribas-Croce Real Estate which was a successful business for several years. In 2004 Edite still wanted more so she then purchased the international and National franchise Realty Executives and Realty Executives ICON of Middlebury was born. In 2008 Edite then purchased the franchise territory for Naugatuck, Prospect & Beacon Falls. Edite has been honored by Realty Executives International by being inducted into the 100% club; the award is given to executives who reach and surpass a six figure income in commissions earned. Edite has been a continuous winner of the prestigious award. In 2006 Edite was honored as Broker of the year and in 2008 she received the circle of Excellence award from Realty Executives International. Although Edite is busy juggling an office, agents, her own clients, and family she still finds time to give back to both her personal and business communities. By being an officer of the Exchange Club Edite helps raise funds for the prevention of child abuse. Since 2003 Edite has organized and given the $2,000 Jeffrey S. Croce Scholarship to a Naugatuck High School student each year, in memory of her late husband Jeff. Edite served as 2006 President of the Laurel Chapter Women's Council of Realtors, where she was able to continue to hone her professional skills and help her colleagues do the same. Edite currently serves as a board of director for the Greater Waterbury Board of Realtors. In her spare time Edite enjoys gardening, decorating, reading, cooking, wine tasting, antiquing, dancing and traveling. She lives happily with her husband Frank, in Woodbury, Connecticut.
