"As a General Contractor for 30 years, I have met and worked with several real estate agents throughout Connecticut. My most recent building project was building 10 Town Homes in Naugatuck, Connecticut beginning in the spring of 2008 and selling out by January 2010. Although this was a difficult time to build through a severe recession, I built a great product and priced it right to sell. My sales started off very slow while working with 2 different real estate agents, representing two different companies and neither agent was doing the greatest job selling or marketing my homes. Then Edite Calabrese arrived at my project in June of 2009 and noticed that our newly built homes were not being marketed very well. Edite and I both agreed that a new face and a fresh and aggressive marketing approach was the way to proceed and it proved to be my best decision, as I sold out within 7 months.
